Your team are given challenges by our Chef. These consist of manufacturing sweets and other food items. Depending upon the facilities at the location these will probably may be cold or hot based. (Chef brings everything needed, but all depends on the type of room used for hot). This has a competitive time element. In addition a team may gain extra ingredients for their creation by winning these in a quiz format. This goes on throughout the session - some rounds are food/cooking orientated and others are general knowledge/sport etc. Identification of historical items is also included.
