The modern building is less than 450 years although the Priory�s history dates back much further, for 500 years there were monks in residence and before that it was a convent. Luxury rooms, some of which open onto the river, are either in the main house or located in the hotel�s Boathouse, with its own landscaped gardens. All Boathouse rooms have luxury spa/whirlpool baths. Lunch is normally served in the delightful Garden Room whilst dinner is served in the ambient setting of the Abbots Cellar Restaurant.
